1. About GTA6 Companion

GTA6 Companion is an independent fan made project operated in the United Kingdom by Wesley Kitchen, trading as GTA6 Companion. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Rockstar Games or Take Two Interactive Software.

Grand Theft Auto, GTA and related names, logos, characters and assets belong to their respective rights holders.

2. Using the website

You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt to bypass its security, introduce harmful code, misuse its forms or use it in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

3. The waitlist

You must provide an email address you are entitled to use. Joining the waitlist allows us to send launch, availability and important service updates. It does not guarantee access, a particular launch date, a place in any testing group or that every planned feature will be released.

Promotional emails are optional and require a separate choice. You can join the waitlist without agreeing to promotional emails.

4. Website information

The website describes a product that is still being developed. Features, designs, availability and launch plans may change. We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but it may not always be complete or current.

5. Intellectual property

Except for material belonging to third parties, the original website design, copy and GTA6 Companion materials are owned by or licensed to us. You may view them for personal use, but you may not copy, publish, sell or exploit them without permission.

References to Grand Theft Auto and related material are used only to describe the independent companion project. All related rights remain with their respective owners.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website or waitlist. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

8. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, losses caused by events outside our reasonable control or business losses arising from personal use of the website.

We may update these terms as the website and product develop. The latest version will appear on this page with the date it was last updated.
