This page will be updated with a complete, fact checked breakdown after the presentation on 27 August.
Rockstar Games has confirmed a new extended look at Grand Theft Auto VI. It is the next major official presentation for the game, and it arrives less than three months before the planned launch.
When is the GTA VI Extended Look?
The presentation premieres on Thursday 27 August 2026 at 8:00pm UK time. That is 3:00pm Eastern Time in the United States.
Where can you watch it?
Netflix subscribers will receive the first showing. Rockstar has also said the presentation will be available through its official channels later the same day. Using an official source is the safest way to avoid edited footage, false claims or material taken from leaks.
The countdown on the GTA6 Companion homepage is set to the confirmed UK premiere time. Once the presentation is available, this article will become our main summary and the homepage will direct visitors here.
